Challenge :

One of the main challenges was designing a reliable webhook system that could process incoming WhatsApp messages instantly while maintaining conversation context across multiple AI interactions. The system needed to handle message ordering, prevent duplicate responses, and manage session timeouts effectively.

Another significant challenge was creating a user-friendly Retool dashboard that could display real-time conversation data and lead analytics without overwhelming business users. Balancing technical complexity with intuitive interface design required extensive user feedback and iterative improvements to ensure non-technical team members could effectively manage campaigns and monitor performanc
