Developed the InnoviPro AI Knowledge Hub, a sophisticated RAG-powered chatbot system that automatically indexes and retrieves company documents using advanced AI. The system monitors Google Drive for new or updated documents, automatically processing them through Google Gemini embeddings and storing semantic representations in Pinecone vector database.

Built an intelligent conversational AI using n8n automation workflows that combines document retrieval with Google Gemini's language model to provide contextual, accurate answers to employee questions. The system features real-time document synchronization, conversation memory, and semantic search capabilities that understand natural language queries about company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Challenge :

The primary technical challenge involved creating a robust document processing pipeline that could handle various file formats while maintaining semantic accuracy across different document types. Implementing intelligent chunking strategies to preserve context while optimizing vector embeddings for precise information retrieval required extensive experimentation with text splitting algorithms.
